Dispatch assistant

Under the instruction of the dispatch, the assistant will be in charge of : 

• Assign pickups and drops to all drivers,

• Follow drivers and routes with a gps system,

• Send next day routes to our drivers, Call or email them to make sure everyone got their next morning schedule

• Answer to drivers, customers and providers

• Ensure daily paper works, send forms to our drivers and customers.

Needed skills : 

• Autonomie, really good communication skills, 

• Ability to manage time and priorities 

• Good stress tolerance

• Ability to quickly solves problems.​

Local driver class 1

Asset :

Good knowledge of Montréal, North and south shore, Montérégie et Estrie.

Needed Skills 

Good experience with Drybox, flat bed, drop deck, curtain side as well as container chassis. You will have to be able to do a trainning if you don't have any experiences with those type of equipments.

Schedule : 

Day, night, weekend and holidays. 

The weekend and holiday schedule is done on a rotative basis that comes back every 4-5 weeks.

Asset :

Good knowledge of Montréal, North and south shore, Montérégie et Estrie.

Needed Skills, 

• Ability to drive a 26' truck

• Physical work as well as effort ins't a problem ; During pick ups and delivery physical work is often required

• Attendance

Schedule : 

Day time ; Monday to Friday.
